"Where do I start, first off my very first session with Dante I knew I had a phenomenon trainer and this is all done virtually. Mind you, I've worked with several. In two weeks I've lost 8 pounds. I had a left knee replacement, two back surgeries and I have CRPS with nerve paralysis. Despite having all these issues, he is very encouraging and supportive. The key to this journey is listening and following his instructions. Before I started with Dante, I wasn't able to cross my left leg or bend it as much as I've been able to. If you are unsure of what to eat, please ask and he will tell you. He is extremely responsive and he pushes you without breaking you which is why I love his training method.
